SUMMARY:Week 12 Destress
DESCRIPTION:This is a collaboration between MUSA SOE and SOIT\, aiming to help students de-stress after 12 hectic weeks of study\, and it was the first physical event in 2022 for MUSA SOE. Different activities were offered at different locations concurrently during the event. We played a movie at Auditorium 1\, while a LAN Party was held at the badminton court. Students also headed to Student Lounge for board games and pool. The event was a success thanks to the attendees and the team behind the scenes.

SUMMARY:SOE X SOIT Destress Night
DESCRIPTION:With many back-to-back assignments and unreasonably difficult assessments\, both SOE and SOIT got together to organise a destress night for their students to allow them to bond through watching movies\, eating and just overall destress-ing with one another. The event went well overall as the committee for both schools arrived earlier to make the necessary preparations. We can gladly say that everyone had smiles on their faces during the night!

Both parties first held a mini virtual campus tour\, and discussed the differences in the organisation structure. Other than that\, academic and industry matters were also discussed. The event ended with a Q&A session from students in Malaysia and Clayton.

SUMMARY:Engineering Mathematics Competition
DESCRIPTION:Engineering Mathematics Competition is finally back after 2 years! Due to the pandemic\, this year’s competition was held virtually on Zoom. The competition is split into two rounds\, where the first being Euclid/KMC/Pre-U mathematics format-based questions while second round is a calculus bee. Teong Yee Xun emerged as the champion\, Heng Gu Jia and Beatrice emerged as the first and second runner ups respectively. All winners are featured on the EMC Wall of Fame.
