The President is MUSA’s official spokesperson and is in charge of the organization’s day-to-day operations.
The President collaborates closely with the Executives and MUSA personnel to ensure that the MUSA’s goals and objectives are realized, as well as to give strategic direction and assistance.
The President is responsible for communicating with University authorities and managing the public affairs of the organization. He/she also serves as the chair of Monash Student Council (MSC) and the Executives, and is accountable to the MSC.

The Vice Presidents primarily focus on academic affairs of the University. In addition, they also aid in the funding of student academic and non-academic initiatives. The Vice Presidents are also the curators of Monash’s annual event – TEDxMonashMalaysia.
BLISS LAM YEE XUAN
The General Secretary’s Department focuses on internal affairs, stability and well-being of MUSA office bearers and the organization itself. They ensure that all meetings, details and information are well-organized through proper meeting minutes and agenda. The General Secretary also processes internal feedback forms to ensure that Office Bearers are working in the best, stable environment that can be provided. Furthermore, the General Secretary also helps to facilitate MSC meetings and ensures that the student body has proper access to the relevant documentation for MSC.

The MUSA Treasurers are the bridge between MUSA and Student Life in terms of finances. In addition, they oversee the flow of funds and expenses to ensure that MUSA’s expenditures are accurate and traceable. The MUSA Treasurers are also responsible for the processing of any and all financial documentation for transactions made by any Department or Division under MUSA.
